4. Order Confirmation

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. However, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to product unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraud.

5. Shipping

  • Shipping is available across India.

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days.

  • No international shipping is available at this time.

6. Return & Exchange Policy

We do not offer refunds.
Exchanges are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged or defective

  • Exchange request is raised within 2 days of delivery

  • Applicable only for topwear and bottomwear, not for hygiene-related items like intimate wear

  • An unboxing video and product images are mandatory for processing

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within the same day of placement

  • Contact us immediately via email for any changes or cancellations
